Pretty much indisputably the most vibrant country on Earth, India can conjure up a multitude of conflicting emotions during any stay. As a result it’s not everybody’s cup of chai, but those who fall for the subcontinent fall hard, and become lifelong devotees. Munnar is a town in the Western Ghats mountain range in India’s Kerala state. A hill station and former resort for the British Raj elite, it’s surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations established in the late 19th century. Eravikulam National Park, a habitat for the endangered mountain goat Nilgiri tahr, is home to the Lakkam Waterfalls, hiking trails and 2,695m-tall Anamudi Peak.

Itinerary
On your arrival at Cochin International Airport/ Railway station, you will meet our executive to welcome and receive you. You will then drive to Munnar hills (130 Kms), the green Paradise of Kerala with unending expands of Tea plantations, spice plantations and a variety of flora and fauna. On the way to Munnar, you can enjoy the lovely scenery of Cheeyappara as well as the Valara Waterfalls. Check in to your hill resort and enjoy the afternoon at your leisure. You can also visit Munnar town and places nearby. You will stay overnight at the resort.
After breakfast, you will set out for sightseeing at Mattupetty Dam, a beautiful spot for viewing the picturesque Munnar Kundala Lake. The lake has recreational facilities like boating and has an excellent view of the Western Ghats as well as the surrounding forest, TATA Tea Museum, Blossom Park, Hydel Park etc. You will also visit Echo point and local tea plantations. In the afternoon you can visit the Eravikulam National park where the endangering Nilgiri Tahr is conserved. You will later drive back to your resort.
Before noon, you will check out of the resort and be taken to Cochin International Airport/ Railway station for return drop-offs.
